The Grieb Family

I was able to photograph this beautiful family for the 2nd time last night. Actually, the first time I just photographed their son. They have such a beautiful home so we did some shots in there to begin with, then we headed over to an apple orchard to finish up. Problem was, the orchard had been sold and all the trees were cut down. That didn't stop us though and we got some cute shots regardless.

The Hartwig's

It's been over a year since I last photographed this family. Their girls are so beautiful and the youngest they just adopted from China in the last month! It was so great to spend the beautiful evening with them again.

Jim and Kim are married!

Edited to add: Dearest Kim passed away on December 3, 2009. We will truly miss her and my deepest regards go to Jim.

I've got another wedding under my belt. Yesterday went so well and their wedding was gorgeous. I was very familiar with the building and grounds as this is actually where I attend church. I go to church with Jim and Kim and was honored to capture their big day for them. Congrats you two! Hope you love the photos!

Jim and his kiddos

Yep, that's my father-in-law Gary performing the ceremony

Jim and Kim wrote their own vows. So special

Reception time.. I am including quite a few from the reception. I just love all the candids. And, since the wedding was small and intimate, I tried to get pictures of all the guests. They won't all be on the blog, but here are just some of my faves.

I let Jim have one of my cameras for the reception.
He loves to take pictures and got some great shots!
Time for Jim to get an SLR!

Reviewing some of the day's images

Excuse me, ma'am.. can you please move this tray?

Anyone want ice cream with their cake? What kind of question is that?

Uh oh.. there I am! This is obviously one of Jim's shots
This is also Jim's. Wish I could take credit for it though. It's gorgeous.

There's the creepy photographer again.
